All transactions are processed in AUD. All prices mentioned on the website are quoted in Australian Dollars unless specified otherwise.

Shipping Policy

Eros uses Australia Post overnight 3kg satchels or as advised by customer. The estimated delivery times for metro areas is overnight. One week for remote areas and/or areas outside of the metropolitan areas. No items will be shipped to any location outside of Australia unless it is by special arrangement. Eros will ship to anywhere in Australia. For delivery to locations outside of Australia please call EROS on 02 6285 2477.

Customer Service Policy

If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within three business days.

Refund Policy

Refunds given where goods are dispatched other than was ordered. No other refunds.

Privacy Policy

Eros obtains the usual business data required by Associations to manage a membership database. We store members contact and business identification information. We use this information between members and to send them association information like media, notice of meetings and government submissions.

Security Policy

The Eros Association utilises Payway which uses 128-Bit SSL encryption and is the industry standard and the minimum level to meet our requirements.
